All sewing machines require regular maintenance which will keep them running smoothly and extend their life. We recommend having your machine serviced yearly if you use it regularly, and every 3 years with less frequent use. For annual maintenance, we offer same day service. This service is available by appointment. You can drop your machine off by 9:30am (or earlier) on the day of service and get the machine back later in the day. Same day service is only for regular maintenance, if your machine is not working you will need to leave it at the store. Pre-book your annual sewing machine maintenance by calling the store.

- Parts are extra, we will contact you with a quote for parts if they are more than $10.

- All customers requiring machine service are required to prepay a non-refundable diagnostic fee. This fee will be credited towards your total repair bill.
- Sewing machine diagnostic fee: $40 + GST
- Sergers and Embroidery machine diagnostic fee: $60 +GST
Warranty: 60 days on household use machines, 30 days on business use machines. Warranty is void if machine is taken apart and/or misrepresentation of use of machine. You must bring the machine back to us for warranty work with original receipt.
