Unopened notions in new condition can be returned within 30 days. Original receipt must accompany the item and the refund will be given by the original payment method.
Non-refundable items include:
Sewing Machines, Fabric or other Cut Items, Batting, Thread, Needles, Books, Patterns, Fabric Kits and Precuts, Lights and Light Bulbs, Electronics and Circuit Boards, Bobbins, Scissors or other Cutting Tools, Custom Orders, Gift Certificates and Sale/Clearance items.
Machine Service is non-refundable but does include warranty on labour. You must bring the machine back to us for warranty work with original receipt. Warranty: 60 days on household use machines, 30 days on business use machines. Warranty is void if machine is taken apart and/or misrepresentation of use of machine.
Special orders are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and cash will not be given back if purchase is for less than the gift certificate.
