Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and enthusiastic customer service. Assist customers in making purchases of sewing machines, quilting fabrics, and supplies.
- Provide after-sale support, including guiding customers in understanding and using their new purchases effectively.
- Acquire new skills as new equipment becomes available.
- Support the maintenance of the store, organize merchandise, and create visually appealing displays to enhance the in-store experience.
- Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle cash and perform opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in keeping the store clean and tidy.
Position: Part-time Service Technician
What we are looking for:
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong interest in how machines work, with the ability to diagnose and repair both small, older machines and large, modern computerized embroidery and sewing machines. Training will be provided, but a natural mechanical mindset and attention to detail is essential.
- Commitment to Learning: Willingness to continuously develop skills and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
- Customer Service & Communication: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about customer satisfaction. Comfortable communicating with customers about their sewing machine repairs, explaining issues, and providing updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues, provide updates, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with staff to order necessary parts and supplies, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.
